Green Tea Asian Stir Fry

Green Tea Asian Stir Fry
Serves: 6

1/2 cup brewed Lipton Green Tea Bags, any variety
2 T. Meijer reduced sodium soy sauce
2 T. Meijer honey
2 T. Meijer olive oil
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced or 1 lb. pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen Oriental or stir-fry vegetables

Combine tea, soy sauce and honey in small bowl; set aside. Heat olive oil in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring frequently, 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken and set aside. Add vegetables and tea mixture to same skillet. Bring to a boil over high heat.

Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes or until vegetables are almost tender. Return chicken to skillet; cook 1 minute or until heated through.

*Brew 2 Lipton® Green Tea Bags in 1/2 cup boiling water for 1-1/2 minutes.
